Common Questions

Why are the yearbooks so expensive?
The printing company controls the price of printing a yearbook. The average budget for the class is about $25,000 a year. This budget includes printing the yearbook, film development, and camera equipment upkeep/purchase. Due to budget constraints, Columbia Schools is unable to allocate money to the yearbook class. This year, Jostens’s Printing Company took over the account and was able to offer a price break allowing the staff to keep the price of a yearbook as low as possible (if ordered on time).
