At Columbia Community Fitness Center we offer a large variety of exercise classes that are available for the community.

Information on Classes
Classes are priced separately from the Fitness Room. Discounts are available if participants are members at the Fitness Room. A community committee has helped to set the class costs. This was determined by comparing similar fitness programs.

8:00 am - 10:00 am

"Evening Daycare by Appointment"
Cost for childcare is $2 per child for 1½ hours.

Level

Spinning
Done with a fixed gear indoor bike, this class gets you “out on the open road” without having to leave the comforts of our spinning room. Come ride to some thumping music, and crank-up the calorie burning!!!

Pilates
Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise system using a floor mat that will help you look and feel your very best. No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, and agility. It can even help alleviate back pain and other chronic ailments.

Strength Training
Have you ever thought lifting free-weights to music would be fun? This class will make you stronger than you’ve ever been without bulking up! Strength Training will help you loose weight, look and feel better! This class is for everyone!!!  Especially men :)

Yoga/Pilates
Yoga is great for flexibility, balance, and de-stress at the same time you’re getting a great workout!

Strength & Stretch
This class is based on using hand weights, fitness balls and your own body resistance. Upper body, Lower body and core will gain improvements.
45-minute class, no choreography.

CrosSeal
The CrosSeal program utilizes the same routines for beginners to elite athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs, they're PROVEN! CrosSeal training uses constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements to avoid boredom and create muscle confusion.

Zumba
Can you say swing those body parts? Come try one of the newest aerobic crazes that have been around forever. Latin dance in a class format. Fun, Fun, Fun!!!

Circuit
Combine both cardio and strength and you have our Circuit class. Always a sure fire workout for the whole body.

Step Aerobics
Up and Down has never been this fun!!! This session is a great cardio workout and is a fun and always challenging class.
