DID YOU KNOW?
The community requested a number of exercise classes to be offered.
Through a grant from the Hurst
Foundation, 13 spinning bikes, Aerobic
Steps, fitness mats and stretching balls were purchased to augment the
class options. A variety of exercise classes are available for the
community.

Yoga/Pates
* ½ time is a 30-minute class for all levels of participation. This
will be an excellent class for those on a short time schedule or for
those students just starting out.
** This class will meet in the community room. Please register at
the fitness center desk and then head over to the community room.
The community room is located near the loading dock of the high
school. See staff for details.

the fastest growing classes in the world. This class will
lean you out and make you stronger than youve ever been. No

practices of Yoga and Pilates. De-stress at the same time
